This is something special, a little secret message to keep close. Maybe a little daily reminder to say you got this, initials of your children, or the date of your wedding day, it can be as personal as you wish and also makes a perfect gift TELL ME MORE......... The day will start with some stamping practice. We have so many stamps that can be used..... symbols, flowers, letters and numbers, you can take your pick! Once you have your design ideas we will cut two discs from the silver sheet and add the stamping to it. The front will hold a picture stamp, whilst the back layer holds your secret message. These discs will be formed, finished and drilled before adding the loop and carefully soldering to wear as a pendant. They can be given a brushed finish or a high polish before hanging on a chain in a choice of lengths IS THIS CLASS RIGHT FOR ME?........ Whether you are a total beginner or a jeweller in training, this course is a great one. Please be aware that jewellery making can be tough on the hands, so if you suffer from hand problems it might be worth getting in touch to see if this is right for you. This class is for over 18's only WHAT SHOULD I BRING?........ Please bring some lunch! We will take a short break in the middle of the day to refuel. We will also keep you topped up with refreshments and sweet treats throughout the day. A notebook is a good idea, as well as glasses if you need them THE IMPORTANT BIT...... Please ensure that long hair is tied back and that you do not wear floaty sleeves or open toe shoes. Your safety is our priority! This class runs from 10am-2.30pm, although the end time is approximate and may run over slightly Please note - We require a minimum attendance for this workshop to go ahead.
