Here at the Jewellery Cabin the safety of our customers is of the utmost importance, therefore the

protective equipment is provided where use is necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Our jewellery making classes are very popular and places are limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on a course then you must give us a minimum of 3 days notice to receive a refund or move to another date. If you are booked on a course and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given. Class Transfers: We run our courses on a minimum of 4 people attending, If you give 3 days notice for putting in a transfer to another class and there are at least four people left on the provisional class you booked, then we will do our best to accommodate you but please be aware that we run our courses based on the number of students booked in and would not be able to operate such a high quality, professional service for the price we do if we offered transfers in circumstances that will mean we have to cancel the course.

If we Cancel a Class

Our minimum number of people on a course is four. The maximum is eight. In the unlikely occasion that we need to cancel a course you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date/course that would suit you. We will also always give you as much notice as possible (minimum 48hrs) but we cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel and accommodation arrangements
