There is nothing better than a handmade gift. Why not make your own Christmas gifts on this lovely class making pendants and earrings. TELL ME MORE........ Our gift making class is perfect for those who are new to jewellery making and keen to learn a new skill. The day will start with demonstrations on how to create beautiful patterns into the surface of the silver as well as how to cut the silver into shapes of your choice using a saw. Your pieces can be personalised with letter and picture stamps and made to a shape of your choice, you can get as creative as you wish!! We will solder loops onto the pendants and add fixings to the earrings as well as polishing your gifts ready for wrapping and putting under the Christmas tree! IS THIS CLASS RIGHT FOR ME?........ Whether you are a total beginner or a jeweller in training, this course is a great one. Please be aware that jewellery making can be tough on the hands, so if you suffer from hand problems it might be worth getting in touch to see if this is right for you. This class is for over 18's only WHAT SHOULD I BRING?........ Please bring some lunch! We will take a short break in the middle of the day to refuel. We will also keep you topped up with refreshments and sweet treats throughout the day. A notebook is a good idea, as well as glasses if you need them THE IMPORTANT BIT...... You will be provided with a certain amount of silver, two silver chains and two pairs or ear wires as well as two gift boxes. More materials can be bought on the day if needed Please ensure that long hair is tied back and that you do not wear floaty sleeves or open toe shoes. Your safety is our priority! This class runs from 10am-4pm, although the end time is approximate and may run over slightly Please note - We require a minimum attendance for this workshop to go ahead. If this is not met, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund We can't wait to see you there!
